Soulis is a spirit led drop-in for the moments when life feels overwhelming, confusing, or unclear.

A space for you to breathe, to feel, to speak, and to hear the wisdom of your soul beneath it all.

Think of this as a moment to pause, listen deeply, and reconnect to the truth within you. I read energy, cut through illusions & support in revealing what is real, alive and present for you to recognise.

Together, we journey through your questions, and with love and presence, we open the gates for the alchemical gold to pour through.

whatever you are going through - know that you don't have to do this alone. and actually sometimes healing & resolution requires a witness to your process.

Whatever season or cycle you’re in, if you’re feeling overstimulated, lost, stuck, or just unsure of your next steps - I’m here to hold an honest space for you to land, feel, and see clearly again.

what happens in a session

Each session is unique. I anchor and open the ceremonial space for us, we ground your intentions and open into the unfolding current together. we move through the session intuitively from there.

IF YOU ARE ALMOST AT A POINT OF CLARITY YET NEED A FEW AFFIRMING PIECES TO CONTINUE, WE WILL OPEN UP TO RECEIVING THOSE. WE WILL MEET THE TRUTH OF THE MOMENT TOGETHER, WHATEVER THAT MAY BE - in listening to your souls whispers.

to land in completion, I will summarise the insights, invite in the next steps, and integration practices.

Once all has been revealed and things are clear, i will close the space.

After your session, you’ll receive:
